4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automatic tracking link via your registered email and phone number. You can use this link to check the live movement of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your link.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged, please document the damage by taking a clear photo or unboxing video and emailing us at explorexplorer02@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

  • If your tracking details show "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your household members, neighbors, or building security before reaching out to our support team.
